All too often these days the general public are quick to complain about service that is poor or in some instances just doesn’t exist. And in most cases is perfectly justified. So wasn’t it refreshing to deal with PC Home-Call.

Let me explain a typical example.

A whole load of work to be done during the course of an evening and then the devil intervenes by diving down my 13 amp flex directly into my computer which reacts like someone punched its lights out. After I had exercised every expletive I new and even some new one’s I didn’t, I looked in yellow pages for some help, I guessed the big boys would want to supply me with a new machine and probably tomorrow so I plumped for the local firm PC Home-Call. With fingers crossed I spoke of my dilemma down the phone to somebody who actually listened and as if by magic turned up at my door within minutes. The time now is six o’clock in the evening and the computer was up and running within the hour.

Impressed, NO I was amazed not only at the service but at the charge afterwards. PC Home-Call is extremely good at delivering customer service at a fair price. They say that an organisation is only as good as the man at the top; in the case of PC Home-Call the whole bloody outfit are brilliant.
